The Walking Dead is based on popular comic book series that revolves around a sheriff deputy awaken from a coma only to find out that the world has been taken over by flesh eating zombies. The show proudly flaunts numerous awards achieved in the past 6 years, including a rating view of over 17.3 million viewers. For now, the casting department has set out to hunt for extras in the show.

Background extra actors and actresses
Auditions are open to male and females, aged between 18 to 45 years. The casting department is looking to audition actors who are overweight and looking actors. Additionally, they are looking to cast actors who are legit swimming trainers or previously worked as life guards. Also, people with acting experience will be at an advantage.
