The casting directors of ABC’s Dirty Dancing are looking for people from different ages and ethnicities to work in the upcoming scenes. The shooting of these scenes is scheduled in the first week of May.
About ‘Dirty Dancing’
‘Dirty Dancing’ was one of the blockbuster movies in 1980s. The movie revolved around the story of Baby, a girl who visits a resort in her vacation time. Getting bored in the resort, she starts wandering around the area. There she finds out that the resort crew also performs in small functions and events in the resort. Accidentally, she becomes a part of their post-dinner party where everyone was ‘dirty dancing’. She falls in love with one of the members and continues her relationship against her family’s resistance and all odds.
Dirty dancing is a remake of the blockbuster Dirty Dancing movie. It will be aired by the end of this year on ABC.

According to the details, the ‘Dirty Dancing’ production will create around 1225 jobs including 900 extras in North Carolina area.
Currently, the casting crew is looking for Caucasian men and women to play important roles in the movie. This is a full time full week job and shooting will take place from May 2 to May 6.
It is highly important that all the applicants are available from May 02 to May 06 for wardrobe tests, rehearsals, and final shoots.
The filming will take place in Saluda, North Carolina area. The payment for this role is $64/8 operational hours.

Requirements for Men
We need tall and slender men. The maximum required height is 6’1”. All the applicants must be clean shave or willing to clean shave. We do not require male piercings or visible tattoos. This is a summer shoot and the filming set is of 1980s era. You need to transform your look according to that era.
