Casting Directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on March 1st in the New York City area. They need Indian, Middle Eastern or Hispanic actors to participate in the first season of AMC’s Dietland.
About
Dietland, created by Martin Noxon, is a product of Skydance TV and AMC Studios. It is set against the backdrop of the beauty industry and the drama that comes with it. It follows Plum Kettle, an obese woman who is preparing for weight-loss surgery when her world is upturned by two rival feminist factions. Caught between old ideas and radical new extremes, Plum must decide for herself what it means to be a revolutionary as the “war of the sexes” becomes literal.
