The horror drama series “Scream” by MTV has released a casting call notice for extras for the second season. The first season premiered the previous summer and the he filming of the sequel is underway. The filming is being done in New Orleans and St. Rose in Louisiana. So if you live in the vicinity, here is the tremendous opportunity to be cast in a background role on the MTV show.

The extras casting directors of Scream want to fill in a few small roles in the forthcoming scenes of the second season. The extras are needed to play some chic and trendy coffee shop clients. All those people who are above the age of 18 years can apply. Also please note that only those people who are locals of New Orleans can apply as the show I being filmed there.

About ‘Scream’

The drama series “Scream” has actually been inspired from a popular movie that goes by the same name. It follows the story of a bunch of high school teenagers who are somehow get involved in a heinous and dreadful murder spree in the wake of an incident when a videotape goes viral and shed light upon the frightening past of the town. MTV announced that the first episode of the second season will premiere on 30^th May, 2016.

The following roles are needed:

Parents: Men and women belonging to any ethnicity having ages between 30 and 50 years are welcomed to apply.
Students: Male and female students of all ethnicities are encouraged to apply. The applicants must be above 18 years of age and should be able to portray the characters of high school teenage students. All the men interested in this post must be clean shaven.

Season 2 Filming in Kenner, Louisiana

Band members are also required for which people of any gender and all ethnicities are encouraged to apply. The respective applicants must be over 18 years of age who should be able to portray high school teenagers who are part of a musical band and are able to play musical instruments like guitar, bass guitar and drums.

The interested individuals should bring their own guitar and bass guitar to the set of Screams

There is no need to bring the drums as these will be provided by the casting team. However, the candidates should be proficient at playing drums.
