Nickelodeons classic teen sitcom iCarly is back for another season. On May 17 the producers at Nickelodeon announced the return of the show in November 2012. The show is being produced by Dan Schneider who has produced numerous shows and held other auditions for Nickelodeon in the past. iCarly stars Miranda Cosgrove, Jennette McCurdy and Jerry Trainor. The show is being taped at Nickelodeon on Sunset Studios in Hollywood and the casting directors for iCarly are now looking for kids to play extras in the for the new season. Kids must be under the age of 18 and must be comfortable being in front of a camera.
iCarly is an American teen sitcom that focuses on a girl named Carly Shay who creates her own web show called iCarly with her best friends Sam and Freddie. Web casts feature everything from comedy sketches and talent contests to interviews, recipes, and problem-solving. Carly lives in Seattle with her 26 year old brother who is her guardian also. Though their mother has never been seen or mentioned, their father, Steven Shay, is a Air Force officer who is temporarily stationed on a submarine, and is occasionally mentioned but has never been seen in the show in person,
The casting directors are now holding acting auditions for kids 18 and under to be extras for the new iCarly show. Kids must be energetic and comfortable with being in front of the camera.
